[Bug 1073845] [NEW] qt application did unexpect action when maximize

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

when i write application useing qt4, some time the title bar keep show when the window maximize with , it should merged into globel menu,but it not.
It is common in other qt application.eg: install goldendict, it is a qt application, open it and maximize, then exit from the systray, the next time you run goldrendict, it will keep maxsize, but some time the title bar do not hide(see my picture), some time it work normal, it randomly happen. 
I use ubuntu 12.10 now, it do not happen in 12.04.
