I Confirm this error.
The problem is that an icon is called from the kde icon set called "webcamreceive" which does not exist.
A small clarrification though, the right-most icon is not the
'missing'-icon. It has an arrow pointing the the right and is the export
functionality.
The issue can be easily fixed by pointing to a different icon (i.e.
digikam)
I will try this one of these days because it is my first
packaging/bugfix... It will take a little more time!
