[Bug 1077196] [NEW] klipper does not save contents from closed windows

In kubuntu 12.10 when cut or copying data from the url bar of rekonq and
then closing the browser, then going to the url bar of firefox, pasting
will not work because klipper does not store copied contents if the
window is closed.
