[Bug 1069869] Re: merge kubuntu settings into one source package

** Description changed:

kubuntu-settings are somewhat spread out so merging into one source
package makes sense at this point (everything is in universe)

  proposed source layout:
  kubuntu-settings/
  kubuntu-settings/active/
  kubuntu-settings/active/share/
  kubuntu-settings/active/config/
  kubuntu-settings/desktop/
  kubuntu-settings/mobile/
  kubuntu-settings/netbook/

- generated binaries should be
- kubuntu-desktop-settings, kubuntu-netbook-settings, kubuntu-mobile-settings etc.
+ as discussed on ML binaries should have a kubuntu-settings-* scheme
+ (e.g. kubuntu-settings-desktop).
+
+ TODO:
+ - upload
+ - figure out whether we want to restructure stuff (see ML thread)
+ - rename binaries
+ - file removal requests for old source

** Also affects: kubuntu-active-default-settings (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** Also affects: kubuntu-low-fat-settings (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New

** No longer affects: kubuntu-low-fat-settings (Ubuntu)

** No longer affects: kubuntu-mobile-default-settings (Ubuntu)

** Also affects: kubuntu-low-fat-settings (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided
       Status: New
