[Bug 1078724] [NEW] Failure to download extra data files

Public bug reported:

The notification helper keeps bugging me, that some data files weren't
downloaded correctly, and it wants to fix the problem. The complaint is
about flashplugin-installer. The full message says the problem will be
resolved at later time, however several weeks have passed, and the error
still keeps poping up. I have the option to resolve the issue "now",
however when i press the button konsole window appears titled: package-
data-do and nothing else happens.
