Akregator does not prevent adding the same feed multiple times. In my
opinion, this is a bug in the specification, although not in the
implementation.

It's perfectly fine IMO to have a feed in multiple folders (think of categories or tags where every item can have multiple tags). However, Akregator considers both entries as separate feeds which unfortunately share the same article archive, which can lead to all kinds of strange behavior. Ideally there would be exactly one "logical" feed with the ability to appear in multiple folders.
