[Bug 1082332] [NEW] digikam no thumbnails preview

Public bug reported:

Digikam-2.5 provided with kubuntu 12.04 (or mint 13) doesn't show thumbnails of your photos (with Canon EOS400d in PTP mode).
I contacted a maintainer of digikam and he suggested to compile a new gphoto2-2.5 and digikam-2.9

All works now, as expected (thumbnails are showed) but unfortunately
other components (such ass kipi-plugins) don't fit in programs anymore
(gwenview segfaults when kipi-plugins module accessed).

Can somebody built deb. packages which fits in kubuntu 12.04 or 12.10
(Lintux Mint 13 and 14).
