[Bug 1059934] [NEW] Kwallet asks to authenticate at login--redundant

Public bug reported:

Every time I log in, the KDE wallet manager (or daemon?) asks me to
enter my password to unlock the wallet. But I already entered my
password at login. Do I need to enter it twice?
