[Bug 1062086] [NEW] In Kubuntu 12.10 text files by default opened in LibreOffice Write instead of Kate

Public bug reported:

To reproduce this issue install Kubuntu 12.10 Beta 2 or today daily snapshot, create text file and click on it. It will be opened in LibreOffice instead of Kate.
Issue is not reproducible in previous Kubuntu releases (for example it not reproducible in 12.04) and also in Ubuntu 12.10 (text files opened in gedit).
