I have solved this problem by installing the packages language-pack-kde-
eo and language-pack-kde-eo-base from precise.

Al la faristo de la Esperanto traduko de Kubuntu:
Kial la KDE Esperantajn tradukajn pakajxojn forigis? Speciale, kiam ecx Interlingvon povas instali per systemsettings? Estas tre malevidenta por Esperantistoj elsxuti la pakajxojn el malnova arkivo. La pakajxo en Precise instaligxas kaj funkcias bone sen sxangxoj, eble tion povas remeti en la nova Quantal arkivo?
