[Bug 1048712] [NEW] [kde] add LVM and LUKS options

Public bug reported:

two new checkboxes and one new form added

16:03 <xnox> There are three things
16:03 <xnox> (i) more options on the ask page: crypt/lvm/none
16:03 <xnox> (ii) crypt password "sub-page" which has LUKS warnings and password prompt
16:04 <xnox> (iii) logic to wire lvm checkbox (very easy) and some more logic to provide the crypt passphrase and correctly go back to the righ tpage
16:04 <xnox> the manual partitioning is work in progress

16:08 <xnox> plus extra function calls
16:08 <xnox> e.g. get_crypto_passphrase()
16:09 <xnox> e.g. str = get_crypto_passphrase(self)

16:41 <xnox> stepPartCrypto
