[Bug 1049454] [NEW] Lots of bugs, Kde 4.9

Public bug reported:

I installed it into the system, and installed it in virtuelbox, both
where updated,

When desktop themes are installed, Noting is there, noting is displayed,

when window decorations are installed and selected (kdeartwork) they
over lap or do some funky stuff.
