Started happening since the updates I did on 13.04 Today April 24.

cyrex at cyrex:~$ ktorrent 
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.

And the problem is, because of this, I can not start downloading any
torrent.
