Another tidbit to consider:

I connected to my groupware account on the IMAP server using Thunderbird
(since I don't know how to tell Kontact *not* to hide the Kolab folders
anymore).  I then copied one entry (page) from one folder into the
folder of another book.  The entry showed up fine in the new folder.  I
am *very* confused.
