2 Knarfix, my steps to fix this:

1. Turn off proposed sorceses (if not - it won't work)
2. sudo apt-get update
3. Open Synaptic and downgrade libqtwebkit4 to 2.2.1-4ubuntu1 (it will remove Skype).
4. sudo apt-get install skype
5. Enjoy ;)
