Moving to aptdaemon again. As far as we are concerned there is no
problem with the packaging. Something interrupted aptdaemon while it was
working on libkdewebkit leaving the package half-installed and broken
which then some *6 hours later* surfaced when trying to continue the
install.

If you can think of no way this would be easily triggered in a Unity
session (allowing the user to reboot via the menu for instance) or do
not want to pursue the matter, please close the report. Tossing it back
will not do much good :)
