A typical case to reproduce:
Inside Dragon Player, setting the volume to maximum with the mouse
scroll causes the video to seek backwards.
Another issue is that the area dedicated to mouse-scrolling the volume
is too narrow; if you scroll anywhere outside the slider line (but
inside the slider area), the video will seek forwards or backwards.
