Question: what happens if you delete page one? Is Page 2 still ok?

There might be a related bug here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=320330  My page one got to look the
same way as your "broken page one" when I changed the configuration
file.

I run kubuntu 13.04 on Asus EEEPC 900.
