[Bug 1188590] [NEW] old version of Qt 4.8 causes crashes in various Qt applications

Public bug reported:

Due to this [1] Qt bug, present in Qt versions before 4.8.4, any
application using QtScript (which is very many Qt applications) might
just randomly crash. Especially affected is KDevelop.

It would thus be great to have updated Qt packages in 12.04 and 12.10.
