[Bug 1196245] [NEW] Please remove source kdesdk from saucy

Public bug reported:

Please remove kdesdk source package and cvsservice, kdesdk-dbg binary
packages in Saucy. Due to upstream changes, packages originally in
kdesdk source package has been split. The kdesdk source package doesn't
exist anymore. Also, the two binary packages doesn't exist also,
cvsservice is now in cervisia source package, while kdesdk-dbg just
doesn't exist anymore.
