Were there any attempts to implement it since pam_kwallet?

Of course, starting session bus from pam module isn't a good idea.
But what's the problem with this approach:
1. From pam module, start a process and pass password to it
2. The process waits for "ready" signal from kwallet (signal can be passed, for example, using sockets)
3. At some time kwalletd starts, sends signal to the process
4. The process sends password to kwallet (using d-bus call)
