[Bug 1251806] [NEW] Poor postscript rendering in okular

Public bug reported:

Okular show postscript files with very bad quality. It seems what okular render postscript in small fixed resolution. I attach three files in archive: original eps, screenshot of okular window with this eps and screenshot of gv window with properly displayed eps. Also, printing of eps file from okular show the same problem.
System: Ubuntu 13.10, amd64.
Okular version 0.17.2 with KDE 4.11.2 from okular-4:4.11.2-0ubuntu1.
