[Bug 1234055] [NEW] please remove networkmanagement source and binary from archive

Public bug reported:

networkmanagement was replaced by plasma-nm which is upstream maintained
and the future of network management in KDE workspaces. Since
networkmanagement is not actively maintained and plasma-nm is the go-to
replacement, former should be removed to facilitate transition and
testing of latter.

Please remove networkmanagement source and binary from the archive.
