[Bug 1234106] [NEW] qt ui files are not extracted into pot

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Harald Sitter (apachelogger):

build_i18n or intltool do not take Qt ui files into account so when
strings between gtk and kde ui start to diverge they end up being
untranslated in the  kde ui because they are not present in the pot.

For example data/designer/main.ui

       <string>Statistics</string>

is not reflected in the pot.
