[Bug 1235754] [NEW] quassel-* entry missing from indicator plugin (envelope), and tray icon doesn't work.

Public bug reported:

in 13.04 (Raring), Quassel doesn't have an entry in the messaging applet
anymore (The Envelope), and the tray icon does not work.  To duplicate,
install either of the quassel, quassel-client applications, and launch.
In 12.04 there is an entry in the messaging menu, but in 13.04 there is
not.  Also enabling the tray icon in quassel has no effect.  There is
simply no tray icon.
