Public bug reported:
I can pair with my Android smartphone just fine, including sending files
from the phone to the computer. If I try sending anything in the other
direction, I do get a notification that the file is being sent, but the
transfer rate stays at 0 bytes per second and the completion bar never
fills up, and nothing shows up on the phone. Nevertheless, after a few
seconds, I get the [Finished] message.
