[Bug 1243596] [NEW] Kubuntu 13.10: KOrganizer forgets Free/Busy settings (upstream bug)

Public bug reported:

When configuring the Free/Busy settings in KOrganizer 4.11.2, they will
not be stored properly. Hence, on next start, all settings are gone,
causing Free/Busy not to work. This breaks essential groupware
functionality.

This bug has been reported and resolved upstream (see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=326139) - please consider providing
new packages that contain the fix - thank you in advance!
