[Bug 1246133] [NEW] kde-style-oxygen upgrade to ~ppa2 breaks oxygen theme

Public bug reported:

I'm running Kubuntu 12.04 with the Kubuntu PPA enabled. After grabbing
the the latest updates today (kde-workspace packages, among others),
KDE/Qt apps no longer use the Oxygen widget style, but instead appear
Windows 95-ish, with very square, plain buttons and scrollbars. GTK apps
are unaffected.

Going into systemsettings to change the style, I noticed that "Oxygen"
was no longer an option in the list of widget styles. Furthermore,
attempting to change the style to any of the themes on the list didn't
do anything... the same style remained on newly-started apps regardless
of my selection.

Reverting the kde-style-oxygen package from version
[4:4.11.2-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04~ppa2] to version
[4:4.11.2-0ubuntu1~ubuntu12.04~ppa1] brought the Oxygen theme back,
although now I have broken packages from the downgrade. Also, I still
can't change widget styles for KDE/Qt applications. It appears to be
stuck on Oxygen (which is the best one to be stuck on, I guess).

** Affects: kubuntu-ppa
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: regression
