[Bug 1246382] [NEW] SRU 0.9.3.1 to saucy

Upstream has requested that plasma-nm 0.9.3.1 be SRU'd to saucy.  The
current version contains a number of bugs which they don't want to keep
getting reported.

This update includes a rename back to the old widget internal name
org.kde.networkmanagement and needs a script to rename the user's config
