plasma-desktop (4.11.00) on KDE Platform 4.11.00 using Qt 4.8.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Nothing too particular.  Possibly email updated and the notifier popped open?

This is on a clean install of Kubuntu 12.04.3 with KDE 4.11 (from PPA)
and then set up mail etc.
