[Bug 1225347] [NEW] Icon-Only Task Manager: unable to set "Show a launcher when not running"

Public bug reported:

When using the Icon-Only Task Manager widget I'm not able to to set
"Show a launcher when not running" for any application. Clicking on it
just does nothing and closes the menu. The other right-click options
("Maximize" for example) work as expected.
