@Mark Fraser: How can these files be missing on your install? Checking
the libreoffice-kde 1:4.2.3~rc2-0ubuntu1 deb files for trusty from:

 http://launchpadlibrarian.net/170943415/libreoffice-kde_4.2.3%7Erc2-0ubuntu1_i386.deb
 http://launchpadlibrarian.net/170938878/libreoffice-kde_4.2.3%7Erc2-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb

clearly contain both.
