FIx uploaded in kde-workspace_4.11.8-0ubuntu5

Edit /usr/bin/startkde, change:

  qdbus="QT_SELECT=qt4 qdbus"

to remove the quotes

  qdbus=QT_SELECT=qt4 qdbus
