you do have an unofficial libwayland-egl1-mesa installed which was
blocking the upgrade of kde-window-manager, so to fullfill the other
requirements the upgrader decided to remove kde-window-manager as there
was no way to upgrade it. to resolve this situation you'll have to
downgrade libwayland-egl1-mesa. if you need help with that please ask on
a forum or on IRC.
