[Bug 1400817] [NEW] KGPG only starts the first time.

Public bug reported:

On a fresh installation of kgpg through the Muon package manager, the
program runs as anticipated the first time. After closing the program,
it fails to start again.

Running "kdesudo kgpg" in the konsole allows the program to run again.
Subsequent attempts with the same command thereafter fail with the same
error message.
