[Bug 1162216] Re: touchscreen does not tap - sometimes

I noticed that when I unlock and lock widget and touch-to-click any of
the widget on desktop I lose the ability to touch-to-click any item on
the panel except for the system try icons which are clickable through
touching.

The mouse clicks are fine.
