[Bug 1275839] [NEW] Static word wrap line fails when zooming

Public bug reported:
When zooming in the kile editor (e.g. ctrl-- and ctrl-+, or ctrl-mousewheel), the static word wrap line behaves erronous.
In different zooms the line is drawn at different positions, not always behind character 80 (or whatever character you configured for the static word wrap).
See screenshots attached, where static word-wrap is configured to be at
80 characters, which should be right before the figures '8888 8888'.
