[Bug 1280556] [NEW] kwin multi monitor

Public bug reported:

When i launched the kubuntu 13.10 i386 live usb on my laptop [LG R1
model LGW4], with it connected to my external screen, kwin would show
two crashes once the desktop would load and the menu/taskbar panel that
should have loaded at the bottom of the screen does not load. I am able
to add the panel afterwards, but my wireless icon wouldnt appear in the
panel. I also am not able to use my keyboard.
