[Bug 1336998] [NEW] ark does not warn user when extraction does not complete successfully

Public bug reported:

Occasionally Firefox will download part of a multipart rar archive but
the download fails part way through for some reason without reporting
that the download had an issue. This will leave me with an archive file
with the correct name, but truncated, say 87MB instead of 100MB.
Consistently when extracting multi-part rar archives with such a file
using ark from dolphin ark reports finishing extracting but does not
warn me that there was an issue. Then I tend to delete the old archive
files but find I have a corrupted extracted file or folder. If I try to
extract the same files with file-roller it pops up with a warning that
extraction failed. I have noticed that if I use ark to try to extract a
multi-part .rar file where one whole file is missing or mis-named it
will pop up with a failure warning. This behavior should not be
possible because ark should do some sort of CRC analysis, unless I am
mistaken.
