[Bug 1342654] [NEW] apertium report error code -28

Public bug reported:

I can not translate from catalan to french with apertium. I use Kubuntu
14.04 and when I try to use apertium from konsole I have this error:

carles at EasyNote-LJ75:~$ apertium -f txt -u ca-fr a-ca.txt a-fr.txt
Error: Unknown error matching regexp (code -28)

I think that ubuntu 14.04  have de same error but it seems that debian
have corrected this bug (#726590).  Please follow  this link:

Can someone correct it in ubuntu and Kubuntu ?
