[Bug 1329738] [NEW] Plugging in camera, Device Notifier popup has duplicate entry

Public bug reported:

When I plug in my camera, Device Notifier pops up as usual saying there
are three actions for the device. However, there's now a duplicate
device shown, which is also a camera (see attached screenshot). Clicking
on the lower device, there are the same three actions available.

This started with Kubuntu 14.04. Possibly related to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/digikam/+bug/1329726, which indicates a
problem with Solid?
