[Bug 1331817] [NEW] Cannot send emails with KMail after upgrade to 4.13.1

Hi,

I've upgraded my KDE to version 4.13.1 from version 4.13.0 in Trusty. When I try to send an Email, I get the following error message :
Notes : Impossible d'écrire dans le fichier de courrier électronique /home/julien/.local/share/akonadi_akonotes_resource_0/tmp/1403126018.R0.pcathlon64.

The error comes from the fact the following directories were not created during the migration :
~/.local/share/akonadi_akonotes_resource_0/tmp
~/.local/share/akonadi_akonotes_resource_0/cur
~/.local/share/akonadi_akonotes_resource_0/new

Workaround : create them.
