[Bug 1336105] [NEW] installing phonon-gstreamer-bcakend removes libphonon-dev

When installing gstream-phonon-nackend the dev files of libphonon gets
removed. This doesn't sound right. It should only remove the phonon-
backend-null dummy backend.
sudo apt-get install phonon-backend-gstreamer
