[Bug 1286561] [NEW] kcmshell4 filetypes suddenly starts crashing

Public bug reported:

kcmshell4 filetypes suddenly crashes at every start using it as a normal
user. Starting it with root priviledges it works in a normal manner.

lsb_release -rd:

Output when crashing:
