[Bug 1291750] [NEW] all apps full screen kubuntu 14.04

Public bug reported:

all the apps are full screen. I cannot read menu when any app is open.
konsole is full screen at startup. I cannot post screenshot as
printscreen button on keyborard is doing nothing. If this is filed
against wrong package please change it to correct bug.
