[Bug 1295398] [NEW] Kubuntu 14.04 CS language after last update dont work, lot of is in inglish (date, kickoff ... etc)

After last update Czech language works really bad, lot of translates are
now in english, date, days, kickoff, dektop right click menu, etc.

Before update was all good.

Error is maybe in: language-pack-kde-cs or language-pack-kde-cs-base
