[Bug 1298720] [NEW] Allow negative values for *ScrollDelta values in touchpad settings

Public bug reported:

I can't enter negative values for scroll distance in the touchpad
settings, but synclient can work with them.

I've tried reporting it to bugs.kde.org (332712) but they said
kcm_touchpad is not part of KDE SC.
