The same happens during upgrade using apt-get. First, during the
upgrade:

Unpacking krita (1:2.8.1-0ubuntu2) over (1:2.8.0-0ubuntu4) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/krita_1%3a2.8.1-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/kde4/kritaclonesarray.so', which is also in package calligra-libs 1:2.8.0-0ubuntu4
dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)

Error at the end: Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/krita_1%3a2.8.1-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

When I used sudo apt-get -f install to fix, krita was again upgraded,
this time successfully.
