This bug was fixed in the package calligra - 1:2.8.1-0ubuntu3

  * Fix breaks/replace krita (LP: #1298805)
  * Drop build dependencies on libqtgtl-dev and opengtl-dev (LP: #1299096)
  * vc is only available on x86 architectures.
  * Build using the default GCC.
