[Bug 1389374] [NEW] Kubuntu - can not report bugs through DrKonqi (KDE Bug 337742)

Fixes available in v. 4.14.2 and in the new upcoming 4.14.3 (scheduled Nov 14).
Perhaps, package Dr Konqi 4.14.2?

ps: I'm able to find a "drkonqi" package in the list for bugreport, but then get an error 
>"drkonqi" does not exist in Ubuntu. Please choose a different package. If you're unsure, please select "I don't know"
